Grant Ekland (Barry J. Gillis, THINGS 1989) is an unclean cop, with a checkered past that constantly haunts him. The love of his life was killed by a serial killer called Harold, (Eddie Platt) that slaughtered a countless variety of human beings in the city of Toronto, Canada, before he was finally locked up and sent out to a mental institution.
