The Laureate

Set against the glamorous background of Britain's roaring '20s, The Laureate tells the tale of young British War Poet Robert Graves, who is married with 4 youngsters when he satisfies and also ends up being romantically involved with Laura Riding, an author from America. Defying the conventions of polite society, Riding relocate with Graves and his other half living as a menage a tois. Then with the arrival of strappingly good-looking Irish poet Geoffrey Phibbs, the setup becomes a menage a quatre. But soon tensions and competitions become so laden that Graves is a suspect for attempted murder.
