The Kill Reflex

Williamson plays a police officer called 'Soft drink Biscuit', whose partner was killed in a mystical murder. He is persuaded that the murder was devoted by his old adversary, Ivan Moss, played by Bo Svenson. Regardless of dangers from the mob and also from the cops department, he promises to continue his mission to discover the persons in charge of the murder.
