The world of magic is being threatened by the realm of logic, so Carolinus, the environment-friendly wizard determines to protect it for all time. Ommadon, the evil red wizard, stands in his means. Carolinus then calls for a pursuit that is to be led by a male named Peter Dickinson, that is the initial man of both the realms of science and also magic. It is Peter's work to defeat Ommadon.
