The First Lap

Su-hyeon, an educator at a private art institute and also Ji-young, an agreement worker at a little network business have been cohabiting for 6 years. To his shock, Su-hyeon learns that Ji-young is late on her period. One night, the couple heads to the new residence of Ji-young's parents in Incheon. The housewarming party dissolves in ill humor when Ji-young's mommy strongly advises the couple to obtain wed. At the end of a long day, the couple tries to rest. As Su-hyeon determines to reunite with his family he had actually been staying clear of for a long time, the couple sets off for Samcheok at the far end of the east shore.
