Sweeney!
Based upon the TV collection the film follows DI Regan and DS Carter as they became involved in a dangerous political detraction. One of the leading members of the federal government, Charles Baker (Ian Bannen) will safeguard a big deal with OPEC stabilising the world oil market and improving Britain's setting within it. Baker is the rising celebrity of federal government, pertained to a future head of state, that is closely managed by his urbane, manipulative American press assistant Elliot McQueen (Barry Foster). When Regan examines the strange death of a woman of the street as a favour to one of his informants, he realises that Baker and McQueen might be entailed. A spate of killings comply with - which sees Regan handle both the criminals as well as the pecking order of the Metropolitan Police and British security services.
