After resolving in Environment-friendly Hills, Sonic is eager to prove he has what it requires a real hero. His examination comes when Dr. Robotnik returns, this time around with a brand-new partner, Knuckles, in look for an emerald that has the power to destroy worlds. Sonic teams up with his own sidekick, Tails, and with each other they embark on a globe-trotting journey to locate the emerald green prior to it comes under the wrong hands.
