A decent-looking boy called Dennis Skinner rents a house in a couple's residence, Kerry and Geoff. At night he wanders the streets with a goodie-bag loaded with blades searching for sufferers to skin, continuously followed by the hobbling, tottering addict Heidi who was mutilated by him and also is currently looking for revenge.
