In an initiative to avoid a terrorist attack on Washington D.C., an elite team of Navy SEALs led by Lt. Jake Harris (Scott Adkins) as well as a jr CIA expert Zoe Anderson (Ashley Greene) have to get a detainee from a CIA black website island prison.
