Nightmare Beach

Florida: Bicycle Rider Edward Santer, called "Diablo", is electrocuted for murder. He goes to the chair objecting his virtue, declaring he was set up by the local cops chief and also promising vengeance from past the grave. Numerous young adults are soon discovered dead, having been electrocuted. It seems Diablo's curse has come true. The mayor keeps the murders silent because the community is commemorating "Spring Break", a yearly festival in which countless pupils spend all their dollars having fun.
