When Rose, an enthusiastic style stylist in her 30's living in New York, inherits her granny's vintage dress shop, she goes back to her little home town to deal with the store. As she's pondering closing the shop forever, she runs into her charming high school crush, Cole Murphy, who persuades her to bring back the store as well as assist people in need that can't afford brand-new clothing.
