Developer Goro Ibuki develops a humanoid robotic called Jet Jaguar. It is quickly confiscated by an undersea race of people called the Seatopians. Using Jet Jaguar as an overview, the Seatopians send Megalon as revenge for the nuclear tests that have actually ravaged their culture.
