Michael Hui stars as Wen, a convict who's always out to make a fast dollar via betting. Lagging bars doesn't quit him from making something off of his gambling abilities. Samuel Hui co-stars as Chieh, a newbie bettor who gets into problem one day when he tries to steal online casino chips from an uneven card dealer Dean Shek). Whilst in jail, Chieh fulfills Wen as well as the latter agrees to become his mentor. Can Wen as well as Chieh make a fortune from their mixed abilities or will the duo wind up back in prison?
