Frankenstein vs. Baragon

During WWII, Germans acquire the never-ceasing heart of Frankenstein's beast and also transportation it to Japan to prevent it being taken by the Allies. Kept in a Hiroshima lab, it is appearing lost when the USA damages the city with the atomic bomb. Years later on, a wild young boy is uncovered wandering the streets of the city alone, birthed of the never-ceasing heart.
