Howling through the Nevada desert in a bullet-ridden Crown Vic, cunning scam artist Teddy Murretto hatches out a desperate plan to hide out from deadly hit man Bob Viddick: he sucker-punches rookie officer Valerie Youthful to obtain himself arrested and secured in a sectarian police headquarters. Yet jail can not secure Murretto for long, and also Viddick soon plans his own way into apprehension, biding his time in a neighboring cell until he can finish his mission. When the arrival of a competing assassin ignites all-out mayhem, installing dangers compel Viddick to get imaginative if he intends to complete the task and leave the eruptive circumstance.
