Universal Century 0068, Side 3 - The Independent Republic of Munzo. Zeon Zum Deikun attempts to declare total independence of Munzo from the Earth Federation Government, while he teaches the evolutionary capacity of people who have progressed into celestial spaces. Deikun however suddenly is up to his fatality in the middle of his speech at parliament.
