Harlequin
In this modern-day version of the Rasputin tale, David Hemmings plays a promising senator, Nick Rast, whose young child is terminally ill with leukaemia. A mystical faith healer, Gregory Wolfe, shows up and also seems to cure the kid. Rast's spouse Sandy falls for Wolfe, but the effective interests behind Rast's job, represented by senior citizen beast Doc Wheelan are less satisfied with events.
